Self-love helps us build the foundation to maintaining a healthy physical and mental life. When we feel good about ourselves, we are better equipped to help others. Taking a little time to be creative is an excellent outlet for releasing stress, and it could be crafting and/or sewing. Here we have a recommendation for a double dose of selfcare. Create a relaxing bath time environment with a quick little DIY of trimming up some candle votives, and vases with classic white Cluny laces and twine and making a lace trimmed meditation mask with a removal lavender insert. Once you are finished, light the candles, get the out bubbles (of all kinds) and take a well-deserved relaxing bath.
